Amber the Dog needs a home
Amber was found running the streets in Texas with an infected neck from an embedded collar. She has recovered from her neglect and wounds and now loving life in her foster home in Pennsylvania. Amber is good with all people and other dogs, and we are told is ok with cats as well. She is about 1.5 years old, 50 pounds and she is up to date on shots. Amber is a very loving dog and eager to please. She is working on basic commands and is house trained.
